Suggestions for early opening resorts?

I have suddenly found myself with a long weekend at the end of November. Was thinking about getting a ski weekend in but obviously not many places are open yet. Any suggestions for the most budget friendly options?

Thanks for posting and sorry for the slow response.
By the end of November you should have plenty of options so I would combine checking Snow-forecast to see where has potential along with Skyscanner to see what flights are in your price range. Watch out for expensive transfers when not travelling on the weekend - driving could be a good option. How many of you are going together will be a big factor too.
There are a number of weekend specialists that we'd recommend and being Black Friday time you may find a decent deal.
