Sorry for the slow reply, and thanks so much for your message. 😊

Im glad to hear that your 6 year is almost onboard!

A couple of things that spring to mind:

1. Showing her videos of other little ones on a chair

1. Making a song about it, before you go, that you can all join in with or else play her favourite tune that she can sing along to
   

2. Yeh, of course bribery is always a good bet, a treat at the top which you can talk about during the ride or simply chocolate to eat on the way

There are plenty of places with beginner slopes that can be accessed by bubbles or gondolas which should be less intimidating and you can snuggle on the way up. There are also magic carpets in places like La Plagne and Les Gets.

After setting up messages on here we’ve realised that it was a bit confusing so have changed to a Facebook group, if you dont mind reposting this in there we can hopefully continue with advice and others can join in too, Im sure lots of people will have other ideas!

Thanks for posting and sorry for the slow response.

By the end of November you should have plenty of options so I would combine checking Snow-forecast to see where has potential along with Skyscanner to see what flights are in your price range. Watch out for expensive transfers when not travelling on the weekend - driving could be a good option. How many of you are going together will be a big factor too.

There are a number of weekend specialists that we'd recommend and being Black Friday time you may find a decent deal.

We have now set up a Facebook group to replace the community here to avoid confusion. If you wouldn't mind reposting this in there then we can continue the conversation and hopefully you will get some valuable thoughts from others too.
